About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Accountant to join our leading structural steel company's finance team.

Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily accounting tasks.
  • Work closely with auditors to prepare and submit annual financial reports.
  • Analyse financial data to develop comprehensive models and insights.
  • Contribute to the development of budgets and forecasts.
  • Effectively manage cash flow and oversee payment processes.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in accounting, preferably within the construction or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of UK & Irish GAAP and relevant tax laws.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (Power BI experience beneficial).
  • Certified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
