Weekend Manufacturing Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee our weekend shift operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supervising a team of Manufacturing Associates and operating on a 2-cycle rotating shift.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict compliance with plant health and safety policies.
- Monitor performance against the plan and meet requirements to produce high-quality products efficiently, safely, and hygienically.
- Lead investigations for non-conformities and CAPAs.
- Train and develop employees on your shift.
- Manage team time and attendance.
- Provide leadership, direction, and coordination to your team.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced Excel skills are advantageous.
- Ability to organize, develop, motivate, and understand employees.
- Flexible and innovative approach to work.
