Job Title: Packaging Development Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative packaging solutions for medical devices. As a Packaging Development Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that packaging meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement packaging designs that meet customer needs and expectations
* Collaborate with R&D teams to support product launches and clinical trials
* Work with suppliers to source materials and services that meet packaging requirements
* Conduct design reviews and testing to ensure packaging meets international standards (e.g. ISTA/ASTM)

Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
* 3+ years of experience in package development with a medical device company
* Expertise in creating finished 3D part models, assemblies, and 2D technical drawings using SolidWorks
* Familiarity with GD&T standards and engineering documentation practices
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
