Are you passionate about helping individuals make informed decisions about their financial future?

We're seeking a seasoned Portfolio Manager to join our team of experts in Financial Planning – a close-knit group dedicated to delivering tailored advice and support to clients.

In this role, you'll play a key part in crafting and delivering comprehensive advisory services to clients, sourced through our wealth management partnerships, as well as those from our extensive client base. You'll work across the Retirement business, guiding members through the transition to retirement and helping them feel confident, informed, and secure about their road ahead. This is more than just pensions. You'll also be advising on protection and investment policies, ensuring holistic, tailored solutions for clients with specific needs. In addition to client work, you'll have the opportunity to influence broader initiatives, shaping how we deliver financial wellbeing across the business.

The Role

  • Developing personalized financial plans for clients, incorporating pensions, protection, and investment products.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver joined-up advice that supports long-term financial wellbeing.
  • Contributing to key Financial Planning projects that shape the way we serve our clients and grow our offering.
  • Providing clear, actionable financial guidance to existing clients, focused on enhancing their long-term security and wellbeing.
  • Partnering with internal Retirement teams to deliver meaningful guidance to members approaching retirement.
  • Leading and managing project delivery for Bulk Member Exercises, ensuring a high standard of engagement and execution.
  • Creating impactful content and collaborating with teams to deliver engaging sessions.
  • Driving the growth and delivery of our Financial Wellness offering, working closely with cross-functional wellness teams.
