Electrical Building Services Expert
As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects across various sectors. Your expertise in designing electrical building services systems and your passion for sustainable environmental solutions will be highly valued.
About You- Hold a degree qualification, preferably at Master's level, in a relevant field.
- Be a full member of CIBSE, EI or an equivalent institution, or be working towards full membership.
- Have a strong commitment to Chartership.
- Possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively convey your knowledge and enthusiasm for building services engineering to clients, other professionals, and the team.
- Have a deep understanding of electrical building services systems design and a keen interest in passive design techniques, sustainable environmental solutions, and renewable energy technologies.
- Be proficient in using front-end design tools such as Dialux, Amtech/Electrical OM, and have advanced CAD and IT skills.
- Be capable of designing within a Revit environment and have a desire to further develop these skills.
- Have successfully designed projects across a range of scales and sectors.
- Be results-driven, enjoy challenging opportunities, possess a positive attitude, and be resourceful.
