As a Technical Director Incident Management at J.P. Morgan S.E Dublin Branch, you will be responsible for leading a team of critical issue resolution experts to ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. Your primary goal will be to identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact our customers and business operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
  • Develop and implement incident management processes to minimize downtime and maximize uptime
  • Lead a team of technical experts to resolve complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance customer experience
  • Provide timely and accurate communication to stakeholders on incident status and resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex technical projects
  • Strong understanding of ITIL disciplines (Event, Incident, Problem, Change & CSI)
  • Experience working in agile, DevOps, and SRE models
  • Seasoned understanding of risk controls and compliance to departmental and company-wide standards
