We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our clinical research team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or university degree (scientific or health-related field preferred) and at least 3 years of clinical research experience or relevant experience in a scientific or health-related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute clinical trial protocols, including setting goals and objectives, establishing timelines and milestones, and allocating resources
  • Manage budgets and finances, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and making adjustments as needed
  • Identify and mitigate risks, including developing risk management plans and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, and regulatory affairs

Requirements

Strong project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, are essential for this role. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
