Senior Transformation Specialist Role

Join our search for a skilled Senior Transformation Specialist to lead global fund administration transformation projects. This high-impact role focuses on delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across multiple domains, including fund accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale transformation programmes spanning multiple disciplines.
  • Define strategy and direction for enterprise-wide initiatives, involving business process redesign, technology change, and operating model transformation.
  • Integrate best practices in benefits realisation and change management into all project phases.
  • Monitor and report on programme performance, risks, and issues, escalating as needed.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders across business functions.
  • Present progress updates and recommendations to senior leadership and wider audiences.
Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Deep expertise in fund administration, financial reporting, and/or regulatory reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Technically proficient, with experience in enterprise systems.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Experience & Qualifications
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
  • Proven track record in transformation, programme delivery, or implementation roles within the finance sector.
