Job Description:

As a vital member of the retail team, you will play a key role in maintaining showroom displays and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This varied and rewarding position is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can build lasting relationships with customers.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general maintenance duties throughout the showroom on a daily basis.
  • Receive deliveries in an organised manner to ensure accuracy.
  • Remove rubbish and break it down for secure storage and collection.
  • Label all items held for collection.
  • Assist with customer collections.
  • Clean and organise stockroom and clearance area.
  • Assist visual merchandiser with showroom moves as required.
  • Support service technician with customer call-outs as needed.
  • Follow established company procedures and protocols.
  • Arrange and assemble instore displays as required.
  • Ensure all service returns are labelled correctly and notified to the relevant personnel.
