Job Description

As a Property Sales and Marketing Expert at Homeland Projects, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our property sales and management team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties
• Create compelling property listings, advertisements, and promotional materials
• Utilize various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, signage, and print media
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
• Generate leads, screen prospective purchasers/tenants, coordinate, and conduct property viewings
• Provide guidance and assistance to buyers
• Intermediate negotiation process, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, incentives, legal requirements, and related matters
• Develop networks and collaborate with legals, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of sales
• Generate and manage relative documents and registers
• Maintain accurate records
• Address aftersales queries & issues promptly and efficiently
• Implement property improvement initiatives to enhance value and attractiveness
