Construction Site Lead

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Lead to oversee the delivery of complex, high-specification builds across the country.

This role involves coordinating subcontractors, managing site logistics, enforcing health and safety protocols, and liaising closely with the project management team.

  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction projects.
  • They must have strong knowledge of construction methods, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering are preferred.
  • Safe Pass and other relevant site certifications are mandatory.
