Job Title: Facility Operations Supervisor

About the Role:

The ideal candidate for this position will be a skilled leader who can oversee and direct day-to-day operations of the maintenance team. They will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure seamless execution of all maintenance tasks.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in managing teams and prioritizing schedules effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Manage and direct the maintenance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to schedule and execute maintenance tasks.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the performance of team members and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Certification: Relevant certification in electrical or mechanical maintenance (City & Guilds qualification preferred).
  • Experience: At least 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Skillset: Excellent people management and coaching skills, ability to manage a team, prioritize maintenance schedules, and possess a comprehensive technical background.
