Established property company in Dublin is seeking a highly skilled accounts professional to join their team.
About the Role- You will be responsible for contacting customers by phone to secure outstanding balances, resolving customer queries to facilitate payment and daily processing of sales invoices.
- Issue monthly statements to customers, manage accounts, direct debit facility and Procure Wizard. Record daily bank receipts and assist with annual accounts preparation.
- Undertake ad hoc projects as necessary and monitor communication with customers on overdue accounts. Liaise with internal sales teams to pursue debt collection.
- 2-3 years' experience in a busy accounts environment with a proven track record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an SME background with accounts reconciliation experience and some accounts payable experience.
