Job Opportunity:

This role incorporates financial management, investor relations and data integrity with significant growth potential for a detail-oriented and organized individual.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage borrower funds during the pre-funding and funding periods, ensuring accurate receipt, disbursement and reconciliation.
  • Prepare daily and periodic investment reports, including valuations, investor remittance files and financial statements.
  • Review bank account reconciliations, investor files and wire transfers for accuracy.
  • Interpret investment management agreements, regulations, standard operating procedures and loan documents to ensure compliance with accounting and reporting requirements.
  • Participate in new investor meetings and contribute to project planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate or Accounting is preferred.
  • Experience in accounting or finance is required.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work based on established deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of database and data structures is necessary.
