Job Description

A highly skilled Biotech Equipment Specialist is required to lead the design and implementation of projects/equipment in our state-of-the-art aseptic manufacturing facility in South Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, experience in a regulated environment, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the realization of projects/equipment ensuring that design and construction meet all functional and regulatory requirements.
  2. Coordinate company policies and develop procedures that affect multiple organizational units.
  3. Maintain project budgets encompassing multiple disciplines for areas within assigned projects.
  4. Project Management.
  5. Supervise, coordinate and review work of a small staff of engineers.
Requirements
  1. BS degree in Engineering, science or related technological field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Typically 8+ years of relevant work experience with 6+ years in operations/manufacturing environment.
  3. In-depth disciplinary knowledge.
  4. Direct experience in a regulated environment (e.g., GMP, OSHA, EPA).
  5. Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication.
