About the Role

We are looking for an E-Learning Experience Developer to join our team. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging e-learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development:
    • Design and develop e-learning experiences that align with industry best practices.
    • Write and edit educational content, scripts, and course materials to enhance learner engagement.
  • Instructional Design:
    • Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles.
    • Develop storyboards and wireframes to plan course structures and ensure seamless navigation.
  • Multimedia & Technology Integration:
    • Utilize eLearning authoring tools to create interactive e-learning experiences that incorporate audio, video, and interactive elements.
    • Design engaging visuals, animations, and infographics using graphic design tools to support learning objectives.
  • LMS Management and Deployment:
    • Upload and manage e-learning content on our Learning Management System (LMS).
    • Test course functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless user experience for learners.
  • Collaboration and Project Management:
    • Work closely with subject matter experts to create and iterate storyboards, then translate them into engaging e-learning content.
    • Collaborate with other team members to project manage the delivery of larger, more complex e-learning content.
Requirements:
  1. Required:
    • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, multimedia design, or a related field.
    • Experience in e-learning development, instructional design, or digital education.
    • Proficiency with e-learning development tools and graphic design software.
    • Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design models.
  2. Preferred:
    • Experience with Articulate and Adobe Creative Cloud.
    • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and SCORM/xAPI standards.
