Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Proposal Lead works with business development, client solutions, marketing, delivery teams, and leadership across multiple divisions to ensure that proposals are not only of high quality but also positioned to differentiate our solutions in the market.

This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong communication and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and managing complex proposals, and will be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage complex proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and other customer solicitations, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to develop winning proposal strategies and content.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of proposals, including coordination with external partners and vendors.
