Culinary Team Leader

As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in the delivery of exceptional food experiences for guests.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a creative approach to culinary arts. They will be self-motivated and positive, with strong leadership and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety policies and procedures.
  • Support kitchen operations and team members in their duties.
  • Lead by example in excellent food presentation and service.
  • Train existing and new staff in accordance with established standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu creation and innovation.
  • Manage all kitchen operations, including stock control, HACCP, ordering, and GP.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
