Tax Leadership Opportunity

Drive innovation and growth in corporate tax compliance as a Senior Manager / Associate Director.

About the Role:
  • Oversee corporation tax returns, lead a team, and contribute strategically to advisory and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage diverse tax portfolios across multiple sectors with expertise in corporate tax legislation.
  2. Lead, mentor, and support a growing team of senior tax professionals.
  3. Counsel clients on corporate tax issues, structuring, and legislative updates.
  4. Respond to Revenue queries and manage compliance interventions.
  5. Implement automation and tax technology solutions.
  6. Pursue business development opportunities and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
  1. CTA / CTC qualification or equivalent.
  2. At least 7 years' experience in corporate tax compliance.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax legislation.
  4. Experience with tax tech platforms and process improvement.
  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  6. Commercial mindset with a client-centric approach.
