Senior Commercial and Procurement Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial and Procurement Manager to lead our procurement strategy across multiple sites. This role involves developing and implementing strategic procurement plans, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Procurement Strategy: Develops annual procurement budget, negotiates contracts with customers, and builds cost and sales analysis for the TMM Director.
  2. Commercial Excellence: Identifies opportunities for cost savings, improves supply chain efficiency, and implements process improvements.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain qualification or significant working experience within a similar role.
  • Good level of financial and commercial acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion and experience of implementing continuous improvement, and supply chain management qualification would be a benefit.
