About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage and lead the Analytical workstream for equipment and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive culture that excels in safety, quality, and delivers on the strategic vision for the QC Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve QC operations and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new equipment and systems.
  • Maintain and improve existing QC Systems and processes to meet regulatory and industry standards.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to source and procure high-quality equipment and systems.
  • Author and review technical documents, SOPs, and other controlled documents.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of QC operations and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for QC Systems and provide technical support to colleagues.
  • Participate in Site/Quality committees and contribute to the development of GMP and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Represent the QC department in internal and external meetings and forums.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners.
  • Oversee the maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs to track the effectiveness of QC operations and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures.
