Project Manager & Engineer

As a key member of our team, you will lead customer projects from business case to serial start following our quality process. You will also support sales with technical and costing inputs for acquiring new projects and provide hands-on technical expertise to commercial discussions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Contributing to the design, planning, and implementation of engineering solutions.
  • Leading multi-cultural teams to identify and solve issues.
  • Documenting and reporting on project meetings and program/project portfolio progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5-10 years of experience in managing customer projects in new product development for engine emission reduction technologies.
  • Technical know-how of structural design, GD&T, Simulations, Performance, and durability testing of ATS & PTS systems.
  • Know-how of product development for catalyst products.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Formal training or certification in Project Management.
  • Possess sound commercial and risk judgement.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and flexible in working approach.
