Key Store Leadership Position

As a seasoned retail leader, you will be responsible for maintaining daily operations in a fast-paced store environment. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to motivate staff will drive sales growth and business expansion.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve sales targets and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of professionals to manage stock, oversee ordering and deliveries, and maintain high organisational skills.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives, while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using in-house systems.
