">We are seeking an experienced Process Engineering Director to lead our cross-functional team in supporting the manufacturing operation. This is a key leadership role responsible for the productivity and development of engineering professionals, ensuring reliable and compliant equipment and systems are used for our manufacturing processes.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Oversight of the process engineering organization and integration into the site process engineering organization">
- Providing process engineering support to the manufacturing operations">
- Planning and development of engineering capabilities for drug substance biotech manufacturing">
- Oversight of local capital projects required to support the manufacturing facilities">
- Membership of the Limerick Engineering Leadership team">
- Supervising and coaching engineering staff, including completing performance reviews and development planning">
- Oversight of engineering staffing, including recruitment, resource planning, and succession planning">
- Leadership and development of objectives to deliver business plan goals related to safety, quality, and equipment/process effectiveness and efficiency">
- Setting and reinforcing standards for engineering work product and utilization of first principles">
- Maintaining metrics to measure performance against business objectives and making necessary changes to improve performance">
- Oversight of engineering-related technical issues and improvement initiatives, including review and approval of deviations and change controls">
- Leadership and partnership for local and major capital projects">
- Participation in site planning processes (capital and resource), representing the interests of the team while considering the overall site picture">
- Leading user knowledge of key unit operations">
- Taking ownership of management decisions and providing process engineering input and managing collaborations between the team and functional support groups">

Educational Requirements:
">Engineering honours degree qualified, ideally with 10 years relevant industry experience, including leadership roles.
