In this role, you will be responsible for managing commercial related documentation, coordinating with sales reps, and evaluating contract terms to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries related to the sales process and related documentation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing commercial related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other relevant documents.
  • Coordinating with sales reps to structure complex deals and ensure alignment with pricing guidelines and discounting policies.
  • Evaluating contract terms, pricing, and special requirements to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Coordinating with SMEs to draft responses to our Subscription Agreement.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customer queries related to the sales process and related documentation.

You will work closely with our sales, technical, and legal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth.
