Our reputable nursing home group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to their community.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual who can deliver exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a caring nature, and a passion for delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Providing clinical supervision and care to residents with empathy and understanding.
• Administering medications and writing personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Participating in adult rehabilitation and making informed clinical decisions that promote positive outcomes.
• Performing cannulation and venepuncture procedures with precision and care.

Requirements:

• Valid NMC pin (RGN, RMN or RNLD) as a mandatory qualification.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in elderly or dementia care, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
