Job Summary:

The Associate Manufacturing MES Specialist role at Regeneron Ireland DAC requires a skilled professional to lead the deployment and support of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Manufacturing Batch Records (MBRs), Generic Manufacturing Batch Records (GMBRs), and Equipment data.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the deployment and support of MES systems, ensuring timely and effective implementation
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to MES operations
  3. Develop and maintain documentation for MES configurations, including Config Spec (MESCS) and Trace Matrices (TMs)
  4. Ensure compliance with GDP and regulatory requirements through effective testing and validation of MES systems
  5. Work closely with area owners to ensure Process Area readiness for MES Deployment (hardware, barcoding etc.)
  6. Coordinate with the MES team to ensure smooth transition of MES records from development to production

  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in MES deployment and support
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • You are detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Life Sciences manufacturing environment
