Job Summary:
The Associate Manufacturing MES Specialist role at Regeneron Ireland DAC requires a skilled professional to lead the deployment and support of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Manufacturing Batch Records (MBRs), Generic Manufacturing Batch Records (GMBRs), and Equipment data.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment and support of MES systems, ensuring timely and effective implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to MES operations
- Develop and maintain documentation for MES configurations, including Config Spec (MESCS) and Trace Matrices (TMs)
- Ensure compliance with GDP and regulatory requirements through effective testing and validation of MES systems
- Work closely with area owners to ensure Process Area readiness for MES Deployment (hardware, barcoding etc.)
- Coordinate with the MES team to ensure smooth transition of MES records from development to production
About You:
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in MES deployment and support
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- You are detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
- You are committed to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Life Sciences manufacturing environment
