Job Role

A retail sales assistant is required to provide expert advice and support to customers in a flooring store environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their flooring needs, processing sales, managing inventory, maintaining the showroom, handling customer inquiries, calculating measurements and costs, and assisting with deliveries and stock management.


Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a hardware or flooring retail environment.
  • Proven expertise in calculation and measurement.
  • Full clean driving license essential.
  • Manual Handling Certificate and Safe Pass course completed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
