Key Responsibilities
- Advising on employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Addressing full-range HR-related legal queries.
- Conducting investigations in respect of protected disclosures.
- Advising on labour-related matters in corporate transactions.
- Handling employment-related litigation before various commissions and courts.
- Preparing and delivering presentations on areas of employment law.

- Strong experience in all aspects of employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgement and decision-making.
