About the Role

The Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist will be responsible for providing strategic finance leadership to the Diagnostics business unit. The role will serve as the primary point of contact for commercial and operational teams, driving business growth and profitability.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive finance strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer and product profitability, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee capex process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business and/or Accounting.
  • +5 years' experience in an FP&A/Group environment.
  • Familiarity with complex divisional structures in international businesses.
  • Understanding of manual ERP data mining.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in senior management environments.
  • Day-to-day experience with SAP.
  • Comfortable extracting and working with large datasets.
  • Positive attitude, capable, energetic, analytical, with a solid understanding of accounting.
  • Knowledge of group business processes.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Background in Pharmaceutical/Bio-Tech/Medical Device industries.
