We are seeking a skilled Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveyor to work on various projects from tender stage through to final accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and contractual duties during the project.

Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. On-site measurement of M&E services
  2. Preparation of specialist sub-contract work packages
  3. Managing subcontractor accounts, interim valuations, and final accounts
  4. Ensuring payment certificates are processed and payments are made per the agreed sub-contract and procurement terms
  5. Tracking commercial progress and labour hours (spent vs earned) on site
  6. Financial and contractual control of direct labour
  7. Preparing and issuing Interim Progress Valuations
  8. Preparing monthly Commercial Progress reports and Profit Plans for the project
