Senior Construction Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all site activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the construction process from start to finish
  • Liaise with clients, architects and project managers
  • Ensure health & safety compliance at all times
  • Monitor progress quality and schedules
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Working Foreman in residential or commercial construction
  • Strong trade background carpentry bricklaying or similar
  • Ability to lead by example and manage teams
  • Solid knowledge of construction methods and health & safety regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Full driving licence required
About the Role

This is a key position within our organisation that will involve overseeing multiple sites and projects.

You will be responsible for managing a team of tradespeople and ensuring the smooth running of all site operations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and will possess excellent leadership and management skills.
