Lead Therapist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our team at a prestigious adult-only destination spa in Ireland. As a leader in the spa industry, you will be responsible for maintaining excellence while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the spa therapy team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Deliver high-quality face and body treatments using organic and results-driven products.
  • Mentor and support therapists, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Monitor treatment quality, guest feedback, and service efficiency to maintain excellence.
  • Promote product recommendations and upselling to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to stay updated with the latest spa trends and wellness techniques, implementing new treatments where appropriate. The position offers a chance to grow professionally and personally, with opportunities for development and advancement.

Key Qualifications:
  • Fully qualified with extensive experience in spa therapy, including leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Certifications in facial and body treatments at CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or ITEC level.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for wellness and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
