Job Description

A Financial Accountant is required to join our organisation. This role offers significant exposure across multiple entities and involves supporting financial reporting, tax compliance, and strategic business initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the production of accurate monthly management accounts for the Group, ensuring all month-end procedures are completed and signed off on time, analysing monthly results and preparing variance analysis against budget.

  • Manage Group Corporation Tax planning and identify potential tax savings across the Group.
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns for all Group entities.
  • Perform monthly Group consolidation across multiple entities.
  • Produce financial statements for multiple entities within the Group.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting packs across the Group.
  • Assist in the production and development of Group budgets.
  • Collaborate with and provide support to management and the wider Finance Team.
  • Manage CRO compliance and company secretarial obligations across multiple Group entities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience with ERP system implementation is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong IT skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience working with IFRS is desirable.
