Medical Support Specialist Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Handle inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution: Deliver first-line troubleshooting for customer issues across the assigned product range by diagnosing problems and asking targeted questions to reach resolution.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, complaints, and inquiries in line with company procedures.
  • Investigation Results: Communicate investigation results to customers via clear, well-structured written reports and phone conversations.
  • Product Knowledge: Build and maintain specialist knowledge in assigned product areas and share expertise with colleagues.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in any medical/clinical setting or a customer-facing customer support role is required.
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences while managing technical complaints is essential.
  • Fluency in Norwegian is required for this position.
