Senior Finance Transformation Leader

This leadership role oversees the delivery of finance transformation services, working closely with clients to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Job Description

The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, leading delivery teams, and ensuring high-quality work products are delivered on time and on budget.

  • Develop and maintain client relationships and networks
  • Lead delivery of client engagements, including managing teams and driving project outcomes
  • Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are informed about project status
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance transformation and technology, with experience in consulting and programme/project management. Key areas of experience include:

  • Shared Services and Outsourcing programmes
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations
  • Programme/project management for large-scale business transformation
  • Finance process improvement and automation
  • Finance Reporting
