The Strategic Brand Insights Analyst will play a crucial role in delivering actionable insights to optimize product performance within the Global Business Intelligence division at a leading pharmaceutical company.

This individual will leverage advanced analytics, market research, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to support strategic decision-making and drive revenue growth.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting in-depth analyses of product performance using internal sales data and external market insights.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assess Return on Investment (ROI) of sales and marketing investments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Portfolio Management, to align analytics with business objectives.
  • Performing competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and positioning of products.
  • Providing actionable recommendations based on trend analyses and forecasting models to improve brand performance.
  • Designing and executing ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, such as new product launches or market expansion opportunities.
  • Presenting findings and insights to senior leadership during quarterly business reviews and other key meetings.
  • Monitoring brand health metrics, including reach, frequency, and revenue, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Partnering with sales operations team to support advanced data visualizations and integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into decision-making workflows.

In addition to technical skills and expertise, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. A strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices are also essential.

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a data analysis, market research, and/or brand insights role within the pharmaceutical industry is required. A Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) is also necessary.
