Job Overview:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct variance analysis on material usage, including raw materials, powder, and packing materials.
  2. Collaborate with operations teams to review usage variances and implement corrective actions to improve data accuracy as required.
  3. Participate in process improvement initiatives related to material usage control and LEAN principles to drive greater data accuracy and reporting, reducing production costs.
  4. Assist in preparing quarterly and yearly plans, loading data to external systems, and reconciling local records.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of monthly reconciliations.
  • Provide financial support to site teams regarding projects, new products, and other initiatives.
  • Perform detailed BOM analysis for new product launches.
  • Deliver full-costing analysis for plant expansion opportunities or other RCEs for the site.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial systems and procedures.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
