Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing Stakeholders: Attend meetings with the HSE and other stakeholders to discuss service development and implementation.
- Service Management: Work closely with a team to ensure excellent service standards are maintained and develop and implement business initiatives to improve service quality.
- Team Leadership: Carry out orientation and supervision of new staff members, deliver assessment protocols to agreed standards, and maintain accurate documentation on client care provision.
- Client Support: Conduct regular visits to clients to review service updates and delivery, complete client and staff feedback forms to monitor satisfaction, and monitor client satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- A valid ABA registration and in-date certifications in Patient Moving & Handling and CPR
- A strong understanding of HIQA standards and excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills
- Able to demonstrate attention to detail and proficiency in basic IT systems
