ERP Finance Implementation Specialist

This is a remote-first opportunity for an experienced professional in Ireland or Northern Ireland to lead full-cycle ERP finance implementations from scoping through to go-live.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the configuration, modification, and integration of ERP finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, reporting, data migration).
  • Build strong relationships with Finance Directors and senior stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Deliver multiple projects simultaneously, managing scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Drive best practice in implementation and data migration (ETL), ensuring smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
  • Multiple ERP finance implementations completed with full go-live responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, reporting, debtors/creditors.
  • Hands-on configuration and delivery experience - not just workshops, but practical system setup and execution.
  • Experience with data migration and a solid understanding of ETL.
  • Proficiency in SQL (writing/joining queries) and strong Excel skills.
  • Confidence in advising and influencing senior finance stakeholders.
Nice to Have
  • Accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, Accounting Technician) or previous finance/industry experience.
  • Some familiarity with C# coding (not essential).
