Sr. Project Lead - Civil Engineering

This is a high-level role that offers the opportunity to lead major civil, road, and transportation projects while collaborating with a skilled and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare feasibility studies and review preliminary designs and reports
  • Create detailed drawings using industry-standard software like MX Roads or Civil 3D
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure project success
  • Manage procurement of sub-consultants, site investigations, and road contracts
  • Evaluate tenders, administer construction contracts, and ensure timely completion within budget
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognized institution
  • Master's Degree an asset; additional certifications a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil, roads, or transportation projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MX Roads/Civil 3D
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
