Childrens Swim Teacher

We are seeking a qualified Swimming Instructor to deliver high-quality swimming lessons to children of various age groups at our leisure centre.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to different age groups, focusing on water confidence and safety.
• Evaluate individual student needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Promote a positive image of the swim school through professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Relevant swimming teaching qualification, such as STA or ASA certification.
• Lifeguard Certification.
• Proven experience teaching children, especially babies and toddlers.
• Knowledge of infant and child water safety techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, caring, and adaptable approach to teaching young children.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings preferred.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and child protection training.
