Global Services Data Analyst

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Data Analyst to support global Services operations, driving data-driven decision-making across our worldwide team.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze global Services Renewals data to uncover trends and forecast performance, informing revenue optimization strategies.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports that surface key performance indicators (KPIs) related to renewals, churn, upsell, and customer retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Renewals, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to deliver insights that improve forecasting accuracy and operational execution.
We are looking for a professional with 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in services, subscription, or renewals-focused environments. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, as well as the ability to build scalable, user-friendly dashboards.
Required Skills:- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker
- Proven experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing large, complex datasets from multiple systems
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and apply predictive models using statistical or machine learning techniques
