Carers Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team of experienced carers. As a carer, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of vulnerable adults.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance to residents to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service and promote resident independence
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to cater to individual needs and preferences
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Key Requirements:

  • Hold or be pursuing a Level 7 qualification in Social Care/Applied Social Studies (registered or eligible for registration) OR
  • Hold a Nursing Degree (registered)
  • Demonstrate knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full driving license
