Job Title:

  • Insurance Business Development Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Business Development Representative to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing clients and handling their renewals, while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This role will involve securing renewals, processing amendments, cross-selling, and up-selling across all product lines. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of all things insurance, negotiating with new and existing customers and clients on a daily basis.

You will set up new client accounts, ensure customers' documentation is correct, and maintain accurate files on our system. Other key responsibilities include completing Mid-Term Alterations, Renewals, Accounts entry, claims liaison, and Correspondence.

Requirements:

  • CIP or equivalent qualification preferred, but not essential.

  • Experience working in a commercial fast-paced environment is necessary.

  • A minimum of 1-year sales or customer service experience in a similar role is required.

  • Great communication and organizational skills are vital for success in this role.

  • Possessing a passion/drive to work within the insurance industry is essential.
