Temporary Accounts Payable Position

Harmonics Recruitment is seeking a highly organised and detailed Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant to support our Finance team.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Process and verify invoices against purchase orders
  • Reconcile monthly supplier statements to accounts payable ledger
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies with supplier statements
  • Liaise with Purchasing to resolve invoice queries
  • Prepare and process weekly/monthly payments runs
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • AAT qualification or equivalent advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer literacy and system understanding
  • Organisational and administrative skills
  • Prior knowledge of payroll beneficial
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
