Clinical Litigation Solicitor Position

We are seeking a qualified solicitor to join our clinical litigation unit on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of clinical negligence and/or inquest matters
- Provide expert legal advice and strategy
- Engage effectively with stakeholders across the health and public sectors
- Support the Head of Clinical Litigation as required
- Qualified solicitor eligible to practise in Ireland
- Minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience in clinical negligence or personal injury litigation
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, case law and court procedures
- Experience with the public health sector is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative approach and strong organisational skills
