Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.">

  • Stay up-to-date with new products and promotions, using your knowledge to make recommendations to customers.">
  • Contribute to the success of the store by achieving sales targets, reducing shrinkage, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.">
  • Develop and implement effective displays and visual merchandising to promote products and drive sales.">

  • Previous experience in a similar role or customer-facing environment.">

  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.">
