About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Patient Food Services Care Assistant. This role is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and managing catering operations.

Key Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Implementation and Support: Collaborate with account managers to establish and organize the implementation of standardized procedures, ensuring seamless operations and exceeding client expectations.
  2. Catering Service Management: Manage catering services during mealtime, maintaining smooth operations, and making improvements in accordance with operational objectives.
  3. Scheduling and Attendance Management: Oversee crew scheduling, shifting, and attendance to guarantee full support and exceptional service during mealtime.
  4. Quality Enhancement: Continuously enhance working efficiency and service quality through regular monitoring and feedback.
  5. Safety Training and Awareness: Conduct safety training sessions to promote safety awareness and provide a secure workplace environment.
  6. Inventory Management: Manage inventory, tools, materials, and fixed assets, ensuring a clean and safe tableware environment.
  7. Internal Communication and Collaboration: Foster good internal communication and collaboration, resolving problems promptly to ensure smooth operations.
  8. Client Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with clients, meeting or exceeding their requirements through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Hold a college degree and possess at least 2 years of onsite managerial experience in the catering industry; experience in large-scale property companies, five-star hotels, or customer service management is highly valued.
  2. Vocational Qualifications: Familiarity with working procedures and standards in catering and coffee shop environments; knowledge of professional service systems and operations is essential.
  3. Computer and Language Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a certain level of English language ability.
  4. Competency Requirements: Possess excellent customer service skills, strong teamwork spirit, and the ability to work under pressure, providing creative solutions to complex problems.
