Senior Payroll Manager Ireland Job Summary:The Senior Payroll Manager Ireland is responsible for leading the payroll and workforce management administration for Ireland and UK locations.This role involves overseeing the preparation and submission of weekly/monthly payrolls, ensuring compliance with international rules and regulations, and providing excellent customer service to our business.Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the payroll and workforce management team in alignment with leadership expectations.
  • Provide coaching, development, and mentoring to the team to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Oversee training and development of staff and validate the acquisition of skills by the team.
  • Ensure high-quality service of payroll and workforce management processes across sites.
  • Collaborate with finance teams for proper administration of payroll accounting and employee-related accruals.
  • Develop and implement operational efficiency improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support of payroll and workforce management systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 10+ years of work experience required.
  • Previous HR or role-related experience required.
  • Fluent in English, an additional European language is an advantage.
